IAMAI said apps like Aarogya Setu will succeed in winning the trust of customers

The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMA) said that a government-launched app like Aarogya Setu can regain the trust of customers.
New Delhi, Tech Desk.  The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) said that apps like Aarogya Setu, launched by the Indian government last month, can win the trust of customers currently living in social distancing and lockdown.  Since last 24 March, people have been staying in their homes due to the nationwide lockdown.  People are moving out of their homes only when it is extremely important.

The IAMAI said that the hour of crisis was not yet over.  The biggest challenge is to create trust among customers at this time.  In such a situation, apps like Aarogya Setu will be able to create trust among customers.  Such apps can prove to be effective for the market and hospitality sector at a particular level.

The hospitality sector has been completely closed due to the lockdown.  The business of super markets, malls, restaurants and hotels has been badly affected.  IAMAI believes that due to coronavirus tracking apps like Aarogya Setu, trust among customers in all sectors can be re-established.  In view of this epidemic, more attention needs to be paid to the safety and hygiene of the customers.  Also, the standard of sanitation also needs to be raised.

Let us tell you that the Central Government has made Aarogya Setu app mandatory for smartphone users only recently.  The special feature of this app is that it uses the Bluetooth and GPS technology of the smartphone to warn the user about the dangers of coronavirus.  The user using this app is asked some questions through the Self Assessment Test while creating a profile.

If the user gives correct answers to those questions, then this app tells whether you are safe or unsafe with coronavirus.  Apart from this, it also gives information about how many people are suspicious near your location and how many people are safe.
